Undoubtedly, there are millions of people around the world who are having a difficult time adjusting to the new world that has sprung up around us in 2020. I, myself, have had a very challenging last few months. After living with anxiety for 25 years and thinking I had it mastered, the teacher has become the student again and I find myself having to re-learn how to think, react, and cope with anxiety symptoms.
